The child's assessment report is generated based on his/her aptitude, personality and interest. Though this test is specially meant for Class 10 and above but there is no harm in telling the child about the various options that he/she could take up as a career, Class 8 onwards. This will not only motivate the child to study well but also will help in selection of the stream after Class 10. This will help in optimizing the child's efforts than unnecessarily run into too much hard work and stress.

Before suggesting a career to a child, it is important that as parent we understand the life span of the career. Just seeing the trend today, one cannot simply predict the nature of the job after a couple of years. Give every child, time to think, explore, understand and decide.

We are heading towards a new normal state. Everything is changing very fast. May be our job, our circumstances, our responsibilities etc. are the important aspects for us and we may be thinking that we are doing enough for our children by giving them environment to study and do their work, but they are also going through the same messages and information in the websites and social medias and that is what we should be concern about?

They are also hearing that study abroad is not a viable options for next few years, universities stopped operating, multiple webinars are going on, organized by schools, colleges and other institutional bodies for "How to cope us with new normal?". These all things are affecting them very much. It is our duty now that we always be in constant touch with them to understand what's going on in their mind and help them understand the outer world. They need to understand from us that how they need to prepare themselves. They need to understand that Plan A, Plan B, Plan C etc., are not for the students who are expecting failures, but this is the most strategic approach which anyone planning for something in life should have so that in case of any adverse situation comes in, they will be able to manage and swim through. Today there are multiple pathways are available for achieve any career or degree and every student should know this.
